Should you wish simply to relax, unwind and favour a specific therapy, your therapist, Sonya Anderson is also happy to

provide just that. She has freedom for flexibility in her practice, as she acknowledges that each of us is an individual.

Sonya Anderson is highly professional, fully qualified and experienced in providing remedial massage, medical acupuncture and reflexology.

She aims to meet your expectations whether it is to;

• ease movement and stretch muscles through deep tissue Remedial and Sports Massage,
• relax and soothe anxiety and tension,
• support body balance for conception or,
• release soft tissue or improve muscle energy

by offering a skilled therapeutic experience and setting for your comfort.

The

Remedial Massage and Medical Acupuncture (dry needling) speciality of this site is branded separately as that therapy is specifically targeted at working soft tissue and joints to improve efficient body movement. You need not be a sports person to benefit from this form of massage!

Some of the many reported benefits of the other Therapies on offer include; improved relaxation, a reduction in headaches, improved joint mobility, reduced pain, looser muscles, tendons and ligaments, eased gastro-intestinal complaints, improved sleep patterns, less tension, easing of discomfort from pre-menstrual pains and P.M.S.
